Great place to go if you need , std, HIV, hep c testing or treatment. They also offer HIV prevention. Staff is kind and knowledgeable.

Went into the Daytona office to confirm my appointment because no one would answer the phone. Only the manager and office manager were there and I could hear them from the lobby with the door closed talking. They were making rude comments about an employee and said something's that a patient shouldn't have to hear. If they're talking like that about an employee who's to say they aren't talking the same way about patients. After hearing it from the lobby for over 10 minutes I called the operator and she called the office manager. Both the manager and office manager came out and knew I had heard them. I confirmed my appointment and left. I'm not sure I'm comfortable being treated with those two being present, but the rest of the staff is and has been the upmost professional and pleasant to deal with. I hope something is done to rectify the managements behavior.

They makes promises they cannot keep them make you leave your insurance plan to join there so the can get paid but supposed to be non-profit they make changes without informing you like medication program i have severe asthma and mental disabilities that I need those meds and they abruptly just changed the rules that they will no longer pay for my meds and offered no help that I could receive them I've been with program almost a year now and up to date on all the stipulations they asked for but yet they do hold up they end of the bargain they rather pay my phone bill then yet pay to keep me healthy and alive if there is any services that help with medication assistance please contact me it's an emergency update i'm supposed to be removing this review so they can assist me with my asthma and mental health medication because my truthful post that they seen as negative is bad for buisness Mark a walczyk CEO and Brad i was bribed and begged to take down my post in order to recieve help i need. that is illegali feel my case manager KAYLA should be running this company ever since day one i met her me and my husband she has shown nothing but live love and cared about our lives which i

In the orlando office, The staff there are amazing they have gone up and beyond to help me. They are always friendly compassionate and helpful and as of August 1st 2025, there's a newer staff. Than when I previously went 6 months ago. And there is a gentleman at the front desk. Ariel he was previously the protection, gentlemen, basically, the security guard that kept us and staff safe he was very genuine and caring and beyond helpful. And a good person to have a conversation with while you waited. Also, all the other staff are just as amazing I would recommend to anyone that is struggling with health issues or addiction. Issues to live love life nothing but love for this place

It’s a great place that is made fantastic by the amazing staff that is made up of so many friendly and altruistic human beings. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you could possibly need. I never feel judged and feel I can be completely honest because they only want to help and have such an awesome understanding of all of our Individual situations. They help with rides back-and-forth so that I can get my medication. And there’s just so many wonderful things I can say about this place but the number one thing I wanna say is how fortunate I am to have found it. I am so grateful to have been blessed with all that the staff here have provided to me! Ashley is the receptionist and she is always such a positive, upbeat, warm and welcoming person who puts me into a wonderful mood everytime I see her! Then there is Rose, she is the best phlebotomist I have ever known! She can locate my veins which is always hard for everyone else. I have had people with ultrasound machines not be able to locate and obtain a sample. But Rose, she makes these people look like amateurs! Not to mention her kindness and compassion!
